Bell ringers

Hordle bellAll Saints has a peal of eight bells, some of which date back to the 16th/17th centuries. The band meets in the tower on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm for practice. The bells are either rung or "chimed" every Sunday.

In addition, the team of ringers is well-versed in the use of hand-bells, and these are heard at sundry occasions throughout the year, especially at Christmas in services or charity fund-raising at local shopping venues.

New volunteers are always welcome - to help keep the bells ringing. If you would like to join the team of bellringers (and do some keep-fit for free!), contact us with your details.
